National Statistical Institute, in cooperation with the Open Society Institute, organized a discussion with stakeholders on the project “Novel Approaches to Generating Data on hard-to-reach populations at risk of violation of their rights”
On August 2, 2019, Open Society Institute had a roundtable discussion with the participation of non-governmental organizations working with vulnerable and hard-to-reach population groups.
The discussion was part of the stakeholder consultations presented during the “Novel Approaches to Generating Data on hard-to-reach populations at risk of violation of their rights”. The consultation will contribute to develop methodological framework for households and for subsequent analytical activities. The purpose of the meeting was to reflect the practical experience and perspectives of NGOs in identifying vulnerable groups, vulnerability criteria, methods of reaching and working with specific population groups and other topics related to project activities.
